Most Microsoft 365 environments don’t fail because of the technology - they fail because of how they’re structured and managed over time. Having worked directly within regulated organisations, I saw first-hand how quickly environments become fragmented.

At the same time, organisations are expected to meet increasing compliance requirements — while also improving efficiency and preparing for technologies like automation and AI.
